Non-returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized photobooks are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Refund Mode:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing the order.

Post 12 hours:
If production or dispatch has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Delivery Time:
